You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or impersonate any real person without their documented consent. AI-generated likenesses of real people require a valid release on file.
3. AI-generated content
You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you connect. AI output may be imperfect; review before publishing.
4. Creator (adult-platform) service
The creator-management service is available only to verified adults (18+) who own the relevant accounts and content. Age and identity verification are required. We do not generate explicit content.
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you provide. We retain rights to the Service itself.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
